As you know I live in a small town in small towns things don’t change much at least not that much.

One thing that changed over the years is a street intersection. When I was a kid the other end of these streets flowed traffic in both directions but now in flows in one way traffic and so you have to know which way to go which way to come back.

I’ve come to understand that life can be a little bit more complicated as there are not road signs along the way to help you with your directions. I look to the past choices to see which road that they lead down but I want to walk forward in life not backwards.

I thank the Lord that He provides in His word clear precise directions for choosing which road to take for the course of my life.

“Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding in all your ways submit to him and he will make your paths straight ( proverbs 3:4-5).”

Do I get the right turn each time ?

Unfortunately no… as I’m still human.

Thank you God that you correct as my loving Father and that You forgive me each time my miss the signs you have put before me and that You place my feet back on the right path for what You have laid out for my life.
